Executive Management

The Fund is managed from offices in Moscow and Stockholm.

Noel Diviney

The Moscow Representative Office of 11 Invest S. A. is headed by Noel Diviney and is responsible for driving value-creating activities for all RAF’s investments in accordance with the decisions of RAF’s Board of Directors. Noel is a member of the Board of Directors of 11 Real Asset Fund AB, and is a co-founder of the company.



Karin Cakste

The joint office of RAF and 11 Real Asset Fund Investors AB in Stockholm is headed by Karin Cakste in her capacity of Managing Director of 11 Real Asset Fund Investors AB and CFO of RAF and RAFI.

Before assuming this position Karin worked for over 10 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), both as Auditor and Financial Management consultant. Thereafter Karin held a number of positions within the finance department at PacketFront AB.

Karin holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
