Tom Dinkelspiel

Swedish national, born 1967, Chairman

Tom Dinkelspiel is a Founding Partner of 11 Invest S. A. Tom is President of the Öhman Group and member of the board of directors of companies included in the Group. He is a Member of the board of directors of 11 Real Asset Fund Investors AB (publ) (Chairman), KOGMOT AB, Lifeplan AB, MPS Holding AB, Burgundy AB, Nordnet Holding AB, Nordnet Family AB, Nordnet Bank AB and Svenska Fondhandlarföreningen (Chairman).

Tom was educated at the Stockholm School of Economics.

Noel Diviney

Irish national, born 1967

Noel Diviney leads the executive management and is a Founding Partner of 11 Invest S. A. Noel holds extensive exposure to international business, particularly Russia. He is a member of the Board of Directors of 11 Real Asset Fund Investors AB and a Director of 11 Invest S. A., Switzerland. Noel has been successfully involved in several turnaround and start-ups in Russia and southern Africa, including the foundation and sale of an Allied Domecq distribution partner in Russia, and also served for five years in the CIS division of Philip Morris, ultimately responsible for USD 500 million revenue in Russia.

Mr. Diviney holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity College, Ireland, and has a strong command of the Russian language.

Per Berglöf

Swedish national, born 1952

Per Berglöf was elected in 2006 as an independent member to the Board. Mr. Berglöf was one of the Founding Partners of Delphi & Co in 1984. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Delphi (Chairman), 11 Real Asset Fund Investors AB (publ), Adoy AB and Creado AB. He is Co-chair of Corporate and M&A Committee of International Bar Association (Sw. Internationella advokatsamfundet), member of the Swedish Bar Association (Sw. Sveriges Advokatsamfund) and the Swedish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (Sw. Svenska Riskkapitalföreningen).

Mr Berglöf holds a Master of Laws degree from Uppsala University.

Risto Silander

Swedish national, born 1957

Risto Silander is a Founding Partner of 11 Invest S. A. Mr. Silander is currently a member of the board of directors of 11 Real Asset Fund Investors AB (publ), E Öhman J: or AB, Svensk Exportkredit, East Capital Asset Management AB, Varenne AB, Stronghold Invest AB, BREVAN Howard Capital Management Ltd., Trygg Stiftelsen and SEB Gamla Trygg Liv (deputy). Mr. Silander worked for 20 years within the investment banking industry holding senior positions with Handelsbanken, Goldman Sachs and UBS. In 2001 he quit his position as CEO of the Alfred Berg Group and pursued business opportunities in St. Petersburg, also assuming several board of director assignments. In addition to his current assignments he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Fastighets AB Tornet, Lenta (St. Petersburg), Netonnet AB, Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB (publ) including subsidiaries, and Telelogic AB.

Mr. Silander holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
